I came across this quote/meme/picture or whatever you want to call it, on Instagram. It said something along the lines of, your future mate MUST share your same passion for travel as you do. So I paused to read through the comments and I was quite intrigued by some of the responses from people, mainly women. After scrolling through a few lines of: “I would never...”, “I refuse…”, “I can’t see myself…”, etc., all I could think about was, I thought opposites attract?

Choosing a place to stay in Punta Cana was a bit overwhelming. There were a ton of resorts and hotels to choose from and the reviews were all over the place. After a lengthy search (well not really), I chose the Art Villa Dominicana.
11/6/2015 3 Comments Much needed "Rest-cation"...Punta Cana - Part 1So one morning I was checking my email alerts and there was a flight deal for Punta Cana. I realized 2015 was coming to an end and I didn’t have a passport stamp for this year, so I jumped on it. Now me being the person that absolutely LOVES cold weather, why would I choose the Dominican Republic… lol. Well, it was some place that I’ve never been before and I needed to get away to relax. My plan was to go down there and see what they typically don’t advertise on the brochures.
11/1/2015 1 Comment A Beautiful Surprise...Last week, when I went to check my PO box, I had a package notification waiting for me. This came as a surprise, since I haven’t ordered anything in a while. So I headed to the counter to turn in my slip and get this mysterious package (thinking it was a mistake) and BAM a big ol’ package just for me. It was even made out to my maiden name, so I know this was definitely not a mistake…lol!
